Ultimate Asset Recovery Group Simplifies the Apostille Process

An apostille is a form attached to your U.S. document that verifies the authenticity of seals and signatures, often required when submitting documents to other countries.

Apostilling documents can be a complex and intricate process. Typically, you must first obtain an original or certified copy of the document that requires an apostille. Once secured, the document must be submitted to the appropriate authentication office, such as the Secretary of State, the U.S. Department of State in Washington, DC, or an embassy or consulate.

One of the biggest challenges in the apostille process is meeting the unique requirements each document must satisfy to be valid for apostille authentication. That’s why Ultimate Asset Recovery Group offers a commitment-free document review service, ensuring that your paperwork meets all necessary requirements for apostille or embassy legalization.

Our comprehensive document apostille services cover the preparation, filing, and acquisition of apostilles for every state, delivering the most convenient and professional experience. In many cases, we can even offer same-day apostille service for personal and business documents. However, please note that federal documents processed through the U.S. Department of State may take additional time.

Common Mistakes We Catch

It's easy to overlook details when gathering the necessary documents for an apostille. That’s why we offer a free review before submitting your application. Mistakes can happen at any stage, whether by the notary, the county clerk’s office, or even yourself—but don’t worry, we double-check everything.

Some common errors we frequently find include:

  • Notary’s license expired

  • Papers not properly notarized

  • County clerk’s document expired

  • Forgetting the Triple Seal page required by specific states

  • Notarizing a birth certificate instead of providing a certified copy

  • Missing signatures or unchecked boxes on the application form

Even the smallest mistake can lead to delays or rejections. To prevent this, we thoroughly review every document before proceeding.

FAQS
Apostille and Legalization

What is an Apostille?

An apostille is a certification that verifies the authenticity of documents for use in countries that are part of the Hague Convention of 1961. It is attached to the original document to confirm its validity to the foreign entity requiring it. Ultimate Asset Recovery Group provides both standard and expedited apostille and legalization services to make the process hassle-free.

Can you apostille photocopies of my documents?

Yes! We can apostille scanned copies of any personal, business, or U.S. State-issued documents, including vital records such as birth, death, and marriage certificates. The process is quick—simply upload a clear, color scan of the document you need authenticated, and we will return the apostilled copy to any domestic or international address. Vital records receive a New York apostille, while all other document copies are processed with a District of Columbia apostille.

Please note that although this method is accepted in most cases, there may be restrictions depending on the receiving authority or country. We will always inform you of any potential limitations when reviewing your request, but we cannot guarantee acceptance in every case. For more details on our photocopy apostille services, feel free to contact us.

What Documents Can You Apostille?

We can obtain an apostille for a wide range of documents, including birth certificates, FBI reports, transcripts, marriage certificates, death certificates, FBI background checks, social security letters, company bylaws, power of attorney agreements, trademarks, diplomas, treaties, warrants, extraditions, agreements, certificates of good standing, and many more!

What is Your Refund Policy?

Once your documents have been reviewed and payment is received, refunds are only available before the documents are submitted to the Secretary of State or Department of State. The refund policy does not cover any costs associated with shipping labels already used. Cancellations made after payment will incur a 10% fee of the invoice total.
